Thank you for your commitment and interest to provide high quality professional development trainings! If you are a knowledgeable and experienced trainer or facilitator, Training Source One invites you to become a part of our National Training Cadre !
Cadre members will include professional development trainers, educators, consultants, instructors, teachers, and facilitators, who are providing in-person trainings in the following areas:
- Early Education and Elementary
- Educational Leadership
- Business Management/ Leadership
- Social work
As a subject matter expert in your field, you will be able to elevate the quality of your training. Your application will be reviewed, and if meets the IACET Standards, demonstrates the ability to utilize adult learning principles, and best aligns with what we are seeking, you will be invited to participate in the “Train the Trainer” masterclass.
Frequently Asked Questions – National Training Cadre
As owner of your intellectual property, you will have full control of the value of your IACET approved trainings. Once your training is complete, Training Source One requires a processing fee of $7 per (.1 CEU) certificate per participant.
The Train-the Trainer Masterclass is a 3 Part Virtual training for individuals who are currently operating a training organization and are interested in obtaining the information required to provide CEUs to the individuals that attend their professional development trainings.
Training Source One’s National Training cadre is a group of professional development trainers, educators, consultants, instructors, teachers, facilitators, designers and assessors who are currently or potentially providing in-person professional development trainings all over the world.
Training Source One’s National Training Cadre is ideal for the following areas/ industry professionals throughout the United States :
- Early education and elementary professional development topics
- Business Management/ Leadership
- Social work
The 3 main benefits of joining the National Training Cadre are :
- You will be apart of an accredited, interactive training organization that will provide tools and strategies that will take you to the next level in your training endeavors.
- Your organization will be in position to provide accredited training opportunities to your clients.
- You will learn the tricks of the trade when it comes to owning and operating a professional development training organization.
You do not need a degree to become an entry level trainer. Upon submittal of your application, please provide references in the area of the training that you would like to administer.

Frequently Asked Questions – TS1 Trainer Tribe Membership
Becoming a member of the TS1 Trainer Tribe allows you to be a part of a community of professional development trainers who will receive coaching, tips and motivation for their work as a professional development trainer. Once you have determined membership level, you will be provided with tools that will help you take your trainings to the next level.

Yearly fees range according to the need of your training organization

Who Should Apply

Minimally, candidates must meet one or more of the following educational requirements :
An AA degree and at least 3 years of experience within the industry that they desire to administer trainings
Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Have two years professional development training references
Demonstrate experience or expertise in the contracted subject area
